Craft workshops and multi-week courses for people who write

Come write in company! We'll spend the first 60 minutes working on our respective projects - be it a novel, a short story, an essay or something as-yet undefined. For the last 30 minutes, we'll chat (or continue writing if you're inspired!) with like-minded colleagues about the writing process and any goals we'd like to hit during future sessions. Saturdays 11:00–12:30
Start the weekend off right with a cup of coffee and some English conversation. Gain fluency and improve your English while chatting, debating and meeting new people. In this course, you’ll engage in guided discussions, read and share short texts, and take part in word games, board games, and role-play exercises which will help you step out of your comfort zone and most importantly, get talking! Classes will include a range of activities and opportunities to speak as we dive into discussions based on short readings, and recap the week's activities and news. Participants will take away lots of new vocabulary to review after class and will have plenty of time to share and receive book recommendations and even occasionally take a field trip to the shop to check out the books.
